Hi ladies and gents! Today is an active rest day. So get out moving doing something you love doing…take a walk, ride your bike, go for a run, hike, or play frisbee. Your choice!

This is a Full Body workout. It incorporates 5 different Burpee variations. Each variation is done 5 times (for a total of 25 Burpees) and then repeated to complete 1 round. If you can, try to repeat it once, or you can pair it with another of your favorite challenge workouts or workout from my YouTube channel, Phoenix Wellness.

Day 15: Full Body – BURPEE-MANIA II (Do 5 reps of each exercise, 2x through = 50 Burpees)

3. Prison Cell Push-up
4. Twister Burpee
5. Double Burpee
