Hi guys and gals! This workout is sure to get your heart and your sweat glands pumping. (Trust me, I was leaving pools of sweat towards the end, hoping not to slip on them when I was doing speed skaters!) It’s a good cardio workout, and it’s only 11 minutes long, so there’s really no reason to not repeat it. 😉

Each exercise is 45 seconds long with 15 seconds of rest in between. It’s a sweaty one! If you can, try to repeat it once or twice, or pair it with another workout from my YouTube channel, “Phoenix Wellness.” And, as always, let me know how you do!

6. Low Plank Jacks

11. Burpees
