There are lots of planks and sit-up type exercises, so get ready to feel the burn! 10-minutes, 10 exercises, 45 seconds each with 15 seconds of rest in between.   2. Three-way Knee Plank L
  3. Leg Lifts
  4. Side Plank Hip Dip R
  5. Side Plank Hip Dip L
  6. Prone Elbow Tap
  7. Side Plank Leg Lift and Extend R
  8. Side Plank Leg Lift and Extend L
  9. In and Outs
  10. Reverse Plank Leg Lift
