Hi ladies and gents! Today’s workout focuses on legs and cardio. There are a few exercises that you may not have seen before, and I’m sure your legs will be feeling the burn. There are 30 seconds of cardio followed by 50 seconds of a bodyweight leg exercise for a total of 12 minutes. If you can, try to repeat this workout, or pair it with another one of your favorite challenge workouts or a workout from mu YouTube channel, Phoenix Wellness. Day 26 Legs and Cardio (30 seconds cardio/50 seconds bodyweight exercise) ~ 12 minutes

**30 seconds of cardio: High Knees, Burpees, Squat Jumps, Mountain Climbers – whichever you prefer.

  2. Squat and Pendulum Lift R
  3. Squat and Pendulum Lift L
  4. Forward/Backward Lunge Hop R
  5. Forward/Backward Lunge Hop L
  6. Superman Squeeze
  7. Squat and Kick (Alternating Legs)
  8. Down Dog Press R
  9. Down Dog Press L
