Hi guys and gals! Here’s the last workout of our 30-day challenge. This is a 17-minute total body workout. There are 17 exercises, each one being 45 seconds long with 15 seconds of rest in between. I filmed this one at Tom Hillman’s Martial Arts Center in Lockport where I work a couple of days a week. I was going to film at my house, but the rain really put a damper on that. Anyway, enjoy the new background and the sweating that will definitely follow.
