Here’s a great cardio workout to get you nice and sweaty! Notice that as you go through the workout for the second time, it goes a little more smoothly as you know exactly what you’ll be doing…Although you may be a little more fatigued. 😉 Anyway, another thing I want to mention is that below each video, I have the breakdown of exercises in the video, so you’ll always be able to check out the workout before you begin. That way, you’ll know exactly what to expect.

 

Day 4: Cardio (45 seconds active/15 seconds rest) ~12 minutes

  4. Speed Skaters
  5. Plank Skiers
  6. Plie Jumps
  7. Fast Feet
  8. Plank Froggers
  9. Square Jump R
  10. Square Jump L
  11. Plank Jacks
  12. Locomotive
