Hi ladies! This is a great leg workout. One time through and your legs will be burning…Twice, and they’ll be screaming! So find some space, and get ready to feel the burn.

This is a leg workout that will get your legs screaming! There are 15 exercises. Each one is 45 seconds long with 15 seconds of rest in between for a total of 15 minutes. If you can, try to repeat the workout once or twice throughout the day, or pair it with another favorite challenge workout or workout from my YouTube channel, Phoenix Wellness.
