Hi ladies! Happy Thanksgiving!! I hope you all have a wonderful and safe day with family and friends. Before you head out this morning, try to get a workout in and come up with a plan for this afternoon and tonight. Also, if you’re interested, Amy Brodie (one of our challengers), is hosting a workout today at 9 am at her house if you’re interested in going. We’ll do a workout and have a small snack afterward.

This workout will get your heart pumping! It’s a cardio workout with 14 exercises. Each one is 45 seconds long with 15 seconds of rest in between. If you can, try to repeat this once or twice, OR you can pair it with another challenge workout or workout from my YouTube channel, Phoenix Wellness. And, as always, let me know how you do!
