Hi ladies! i hope you enjoyed your Thanksgiving holiday and were able to spend it with family and friends. Here’s a 15-minute leg and cardio workout that Amy and I did as part of our hour long workout yesterday. We chose to do some ropeless jumping for the cardio, but you’re more than welcome to choose your own cardio burst. Mix it up if you like.

You’ll see in the video that we worked out outside, and although cold, it was nice to get some fresh air. Barley, Amy’s dog, also made an appearance a few times, and was curious about the filming at the end…you’ll see. 🙂 And as a life reminder…workouts don’t always go as planned. Sometimes there are interruptions from kids or pets or even spouses and parents, but you deal with it. Don’t get frustrated, and move on. Working out isn’t always pretty, but as long as you get it in, you’ll feel better and you’re doing good things for your body! Soooo…back to the workout. 😉

This is a great leg workout. The bodyweight leg exercises are interspersed with Ropeless Jump Roping, which really works the calves. You’ll get nice and sweaty during these 15 exercises, 45 seconds each with 15 seconds of rest in between for a total of 15 minutes.
