Hi ladies! Happy Saturday! Here’s a throwback workout from the last challenge I ran. (I’ll have a new one for you tomorrow!) This workout focuses on arms and core. There are 12 exercises. Each exercise is 45 seconds long with 15 seconds of rest in between for a total of 12 minutes. If you can, try to repeat this workout once or twice throughout the day, or combine it with another favorite workout. As always, let me know how you do!

Day 13 Arms and Core (45 seconds active/15 seconds rest) ~ 12 minutes (No Excuses Day 18)

  2. Ankle Touches
  3. Wide Push-ups
  4. Leg Lifts
  5. Tricep Push-ups R
  6. In and Outs
  7. Tricep Push-ups L
  8. Heels to Heaven
  9. Up-down Plank
  10. Knee Drop Plank
  11. Push-up to Side Plank
  12. Shoulder Tap Plank
