Hi ladies! Here’s a new workout for today. It’s a full body workout with a different set-up than we have done in the past. There are only 4 exercises. You’ll set your timer for 7 minutes and do each exercise for 10 reps, and then you’ll keep cycling through those 4 exercises until time is up to see how many rounds you can get through in the 7 minutes. You’ll rest for 1-2 minutes and then repeat.
Day 14: Full Body (Go for how many rounds of the 4 exercises you can do in 7 minutes)
- 10 Push-ups
- 20 Spider Planks (10 each side)
- 10 Squat Jumps
- 10 Burpees
