Hi ladies! Happy Monday! Here’s the workout for today. It’s a leg workout, and it’s a goodie. You’ll be sweaty by the end, and your legs will be burning! This is one of my favorite workout set-ups. There are 20 rounds. Each round consists of one 20-second cardio exercise and one 40-second bodyweight leg exercise. You’ll repeat each round 1 time for a total of 2 rounds (so rounds 1 and 2 are the same, 3 and 4 are the same, etc.). If you can, repeat this workout once or pair it with another challenge workout or workout from my YouTube channel, Phoenix Wellness.

Day 15: Legs (20 seconds active “rest”/40 seconds bodyweight exercise) 20 minutes
