Hi ladies! This is a great workout. Alternating arm and cardio exercises. Each exercise is only 20 seconds long with 10 seconds of rest in between, so you can really push yourselves. There are 12 exercises. That means each round is only 6 minutes long. So you can repeat it at least once, if not twice, or even three times!
