Here’s a throwback workout to the second challenge workout I ever did. It’s a core and cardio workout. It’s sure to get you sweating! I’ll have a new workout for you tomorrow!

Each exercise is 50 seconds long with 10 seconds of rest in between. You can set your interval timer or follow along with the video.

3. Superman
4. Speed Skaters
5. Windshield Wiper Plank R
6. Windshield Wiper Plank L
7. Heel Tap Squat Jump
8. Spider Plank
9. Superman Swimmers
10. Speed Skaters
11. Low Plank Elbow Tap R
12. Low Plank Elbow Tap L
13. Heel Tap Squat Jump
