Good morning, ladies! Happy Tuesday! Here’s a full body workout for today to get you nice and sweaty. You’ll do 14 exercises. Each one is 45 seconds long with 15 seconds of rest in between for a total of 14 minutes.   9. Clam-ups (opposite side)
  10. Rotating Side Plank Leg Lift
  11. Superman Heel Tap
  12. Goddess Squat with Alternating Heel Lift
  13. Walking Push-ups
  14. Burpees
