Hi ladies! This workout is sure to make your arms and core quiver. This is a great cardio, arm and core workout. You’ll do 30 seconds of an arm or core exercise, followed by 50 seconds of cardio. There are 12 exercises, so the total time for one round of this workout is 16 minutes. If you can, try to repeat it once or twice, pair it with another challenge workout, or do it with a workout from my YouTube channel, Phoenix Wellness. As always, let me know how you do!

Day 30 Arms, Core, and Cardio (30 seconds bodyweight/50 seconds cardio) 16 minutes

  1. Spider Plank
  2. Knee Drop Plank
  3. Push-ups
  4. Supergirl Plank
  5. Up-down Plank
  6. Wide Push-ups
  7. Side Plank Reach Through R
  8. Side Plank Reach Through L
  9. Military Push-ups
  10. Shoulder Tap Plank
  11. Cheek to Cheek Plank
  12. Alternating One Legged Push-ups

For 1-4, do High Knees for Cardio

For 5-8, do Speed Skaters for Cardio

For 9-12, do Jumping Jacks for Cardio
