Hi ladies! This workout is sure to make your arms and core quiver. This is a great cardio, arm and core workout. You’ll do 30 seconds of an arm or core exercise, followed by 50 seconds of cardio. There are 12 exercises, so the total time for one round of this workout is 16 minutes. Cheek to Cheek Plank
Alternating One Legged Push-ups
For 1-4, do High Knees for Cardio
For 5-8, do Speed Skaters for Cardio
For 9-12, do Jumping Jacks for Cardio
