Good morning, ladies! Here’s the workout for today. It’s a 10-minute core workout, and I’ll tell you what…Your core will be burning by the end. Mine was. My abs were still tired when I did my fitness class last night, and it was hard for me to hold plank!

You’ll also notice that I did the workout in the morning before my boys went to school. At one point toward the end of the video, you’ll hear them horsing around while they were upstairs brushing their teeth, and shortly after, you’ll see that I have to tell them to get ready to go outside for the bus. No editing. Not every workout is under perfect conditions where you can have even 10 minutes to yourself to get it done, but it’s still doable. As a parent, I usually have a thousand things on my mind, and my kids are a big part of that. 😉

This is a core workout. There are 10 exercises that you’ll do for 45 seconds each with 15 seconds of rest in between. If you can, try to repeat this workout once or twice, pair it with another challenge workout, or a workout from my YouTube channel, Phoenix Wellness. And, as always, let me know how you do!

Day 33 Core (45 seconds active/15 seconds rest) 10 minutes

  1. Mountain Climbers
  2. Mason Twist
  3. Plank Froggers (Close Feet)
  4. 90° with Alternating Toe Tap
  5. Crab Kicks
  6. Temple Tap Abs
  7. Plank Jacks
  8. Heels to Heaven
  9. Down Dog Floating Jumps
  10. Knee Drop Plank
