Hello, ladies! Here’s a great workout for your arms, core and glutes. They should be burning by the end of the workout. 😉

This workout focuses on arms, core, and glutes. You’ll do 30 seconds of a hip bridge, followed by 50 seconds of a bodyweight exercise.Your core and glutes should be burning by the end! If you can, try to repeat this at least once, or you can pair it with another challenge workout or workout from my YouTube channel, Phoenix Wellness. And, as always, let me know how you do!
