Hello, ladies! Here’s a workout that focuses on arms and cardio. You’ll not only be sweaty by the end, but your arms will be fatigued – exactly what you wanted to hear, no doubt. Anyway, there are 12 exercises that you’ll do for 45 seconds each with 15 seconds of rest in between for a total of 12 minutes. You can repeat this up to 3x, pair it with another challenge workout or workout from my YouTube channel, Phoenix Wellness. And, as always, let me know how you do. Happy moving!

  1. Down Dog à Spider Plank Elbow to Wrist x3 R
  2. High Knees

  4. Jumping Jacks
  5. Tricep Push-up R
  6. High Knees
  7. Tricep Push-up L
  8. Jumping Jacks
  9. Leg Extension Chatarunga Push-ups R
  10. High Knees
  11. Leg Extension Chatarunga Push-ups L
  12. Jumping Jacks
