Good morning, ladies! Here’s a great cardio workout – short and sweet! I’m not sure if it’s just the exhaustion from the holiday season and running around for the last few weeks, the poor sleep I’ve gotten, or what, but you’ll see that by the end of this one, I was huffing and puffing and was kinda wheezy. I could hardly breathe by the end of it. You can hear it in my voice. Yikes. The second I turned the camera off, I sat down and had a bottle of water, and I felt much better.

Anyway, you can do this workout. You can even repeat it. It’s only 10 minutes, so you really don’t have any excuses.

This is a great cardio workout – it’s short and sweet.There are 10 exercises that you’ll do for 45 seconds each with 15 seconds of rest in between for a total of 10 minutes.
