Hello, ladies! I’m sorry this workout is getting out so late…Yesterday, my family and I went sledding in the morning, and afterward we went to lunch. After a few bites of my French Onion Soup, I got a terrible stomach ache, and it lasted all day, unfortunately. I used to get stomach aches like that frequently, but it hasn’t happened like that in a looooooong time. They’re debilitating. I was even afraid to eat breakfast this morning thinking that I’d get a stomach ache. I waited until almost 11, and finally ate. After that, it’s been healthy food for me, and I’m feeling much better.

Anyway…This is a great workout for the whole body! There are 4 rounds, each one consisting of 2 exercises that you’ll do for 45 seconds, then 35, then 25, before going on to the next round. There’s no rest in between exercises or rounds, so you’ll be good and fatigued by the end. If you can, try to repeat this workout once or twice, or pair it with another challenge workout or workout from my YouTube channel, Phoenix Wellness. And, as always, let me know how you do!

  1. Alternating Lunges/Push-ups
  2. Lunge Pulse Leg Lift R/Shoulder Tap Plank
  3. Lunge Pulse Leg Lift L/Down Dog Push-ups
  4. Squats/Up-down Plank
