Good morning, ladies! Here’s a great core workout that will get your abs screaming. Seriously, my tummy was tired by the end of this one. Oh, and I’m rocking the leg warmers that my husband got for me. When they were in style back in the 80s, I thought they were ridiculous. And now I’m wearing them (and I love them!). Haha! Anyway, on to the workout…

This is a great core workout. There are only 4 exercises that you’ll repeat for 7 minutes. Try to see how many rounds you can get in during the allotted time. You’ll repeat the workout at least once for a total of 14 minutes. If you can, do it a third and possibly a fourth time. And, as always, let me know how you do!This is a great core workout.
