Good morning, ladies! Here’s the warm-up and workout for today…It’s a great total body workout that will take you only 10 minutes for one round. If you can, try to repeat it once or twice throughout the day, or pair it with another one of my workouts from my YouTube channel, Phoenix Wellness. As always, let me know how you do!


Week 1 Warm-up Video (5 minutes)

  1. High Knees March
  2. Jumping Jacks
  3. Squats
  4. Plank Shoulder Tap
  5. Alternating Lunges with Raised Arms

  2. One Legged Skaters R
  3. One Legged Skaters L
  4. Up-down Plank
  5. Tricep Push-ups R
  6. Tricep Push-ups L
  7. Low Plank
  8. Mason Twist
  9. Leg Lifts
  10. Burpees
