Good morning, ladies! Here’s the workout for today. It’s a 10-minute sweat inducing workout that will leave all parts of your body tired. There are 10 exercises that you’ll do for 45 seconds each with 15 seconds of rest in between.   3. Warrior 3 Tap R
  4. Warrior 3 Tap L
  5. Alternating Side Plank Push-up
  6. Crab Kicks
  7. Mason Twist
  8. 1 Legged Table Top Press R
  9. 1 Legged Table Top Press L
  10. High Knees
