Good morning, ladies! Here’s the workout for today. It’s a short total body workout that will get you sweating and really working your legs and core. It was a great one to do this morning – I did it twice because that’s the amount of time I had) – and it got me feeling good and a little shaky (like I really worked my muscles shaky). Anyway, try to repeat this once or twice now or throughout the day. I know you can squeeze in 10 minutes, at the very least. No excuses! If you want to diversify the workout, pair it with another challenge workout or workout from my YouTube channel, Phoenix Wellness. And, as always, I’d love to hear how you do!

  5. Split Squat R
  6. Split Squat L

  8. Boat Twist
  9. Alternating Down Dog Leg Lift
  10. Speed Skaters
