In this program, you’ll find EVERYTHING you will need to make you and your health a priority.

I know that with your busy schedule, it’s so easy to put yourself last. After all, it seems as though everyone needs a piece of you. The house needs to be cleaned, the kids need help with homework and being carted to sports, lunches and dinners needs to be made, laundry needs to be done, your significant other probably wants to spend time with you, friends need us, parents need help with this and that, and we need to spend quality time with family.

So what’s the easiest thing to let go of? Your own needs, of course. And how does that leave you feeling? Stressed, anxious, exhausted, short-fused, and feeling out of control. And those feelings probably leave you feeling guilty at times (you didn’t mean to snap at your kids over something so silly), maybe resentful (even though you told your husband to take a nap because he’s tired, you may be stewing over how much you’d love it if let you have that chance), or even worse, you may feel lost (how did you get to the point where you feel like your identity no longer even belongs to you?).

I know those feelings. I’ve been there. And being a wife and mother are two of the most rewarding things I have ever done, but I also realize that I’m important too. I need to take care of me. When I spend time taking care of myself physically and by creating meals that I know are healthy and delicious, I feel better. I’m able to handle the stresses of daily life better. I treat my family better. I’m kinder. I don’t let things bother me as much. And, I’m happier and more confident. Who wouldn’t want to feel like that?

So, I’m here to help you realize how important you are and to help you make yourself a priority once again, not only for you, but for those who depend on you daily. I’m here to show you how to incorporate physical fitness, as well as delicious, healthy recipes that your family will love into a healthy lifestyle that will benefit you (and those around you!) for the rest of your life.

In this program, I’ll be asking you to step out of your comfort zone, to make small, manageable changes to your daily routine, and to stick with it for 30 days. With all the support you need, you’ll stay motivated to keep up (or start!) a fitness and healthy eating routine, and I’ll guide you every step of the way so that you feel comfortable enough to push your limits and get results.
