Hi ladies!

Here’s the video I made today about goal-setting and how to approach this challenge. It’s about 30 minutes long. The goal here isn’t to go “all in” because then you usually go “all out.” And that’s not the thing to do. So listen to the tips on how to think about the challenge, and then follow it up with the goal-setting. I’m looking forward to hearing about what you want to get out of the challenge.

Below, please post:

  1. Your name
  2. What you’d like to get out of the challenge
  3. What you’re looking forward to
  4. One of your biggest struggles

The goal here is to create a community that will support each other, give ideas/feedback, and motivate and encourage each other to get closer to your goals each day.

For the goals, it’s vital that you really think about what you’d like to strive for during the 6-week challenge. Think about WHY you’d like to accomplish that particular goal. If it doesn’t resonate with you, choose a goal that does. If a goal that you’re striving for doesn’t excite you, then you’re most likely not going to follow through with it.

Also, think about how you’ll feel after 6 weeks when you’ve kept those promises to yourself. What kind of ripple effect will that have with the rest of your life? On the flip side, think about how you’d feel if you don’t follow through. What kind of effect will that have on the rest of your life?

How you feel will definitely motivate you throughout the challenge, and specially when you’re feeling down, tired, or defeated, those are the times you MUST take a step toward your goal, whether it’s a workout or prepping a meal. The times we feel the worst are the times we need our new, healthy habits most. That’s when we need to stick to our guns and make our routines non-negotiable.

As always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me nor the group.
