We’re almost done with day 4! And right now, you may be sore, tired, and grumpy from the new habits you’re creating…but it’s worth it.

Next week, you’ll feel better, and you’ll keep feeling better, and then you’ll realize that maybe the reason you first decided to do this challenge is just ancillary to what you’re actually getting out of it: strength, more confidence, feeling physically better, more energy, mentally tougher, less brain fog, appreciating your body for all of the amazing things it does daily, and just feeling comfortable in your own skin. Those are some pretty awesome things.

So keep plugging along, making small changes, and one day, you’ll realize that all of those small changes changed your lifestyle for the better.
