Here’s the Meal Prep Guide for Week 2 of the challenge. Remember, you don’t have to make every recipe, and you shouldn’t! Take a look at the recipes and decide on one, two, or three things you’d like to make. Give something new a try. You may like it, or you may decide that you want to switch it up in some way to make it more to your liking. Either way, it’s a win because you’ve tried something new!
