Hi, ladies! Here’s the Meal Prep Guide for Week 3. I really liked everything in here (not that I would give you recipes that I wasn’t fond of), but these ones were really to die for. I love to get excited about good, healthy food. I hope you’ll try one or two of these and let us know how they are. Happy cooking, everyone!

And remember, if you need help with any substitutions, please let me know. Also, know that most of these recipes are very versatile, so if you need to switch things to your liking, just do it. Experiment. And if you do and you make a recipe better, let us know what you did! (That’s one of my favorite things about sharing recipes…people always find a way to make them better.)
