Alright, ladies! Here we go…It’s the start of week 4. We have 3 weeks left! And we’re going to talk accountability. That’s the name of the game. I want to hear about what’s been happening during the challenge so far. So…

2. What have you been concentrating on most so far during this challenge?
3. What have you done well?
4. What do you continue to struggle with?

I’d love for you to answer these questions below. When you’re trying to create new habits, it’s important that you continually reflect on how you’re doing, what is going well, and what you can tweak so that it gets better. So think about the answers to these questions and share them. Remember, one benefit of this group is taking advantage of the support offered here. It has also been proven that if you share your goals with others, you’re more likely to reach them (accountability!). So share your goals, and support each other with theirs.
