Hi ladies! Today was a busy day for me…

My son had a hockey game in Rochester, and so it was an all-day affair (we left at 10 and didn’t get home until 5). I really didn’t want to eat poorly because I knew it wouldn’t make me feel well, and it stinks to feel like crap especially when you’re not at home. So, I made sure to pack a lunch bag full of healthy snacks for myself (plus some food for the kids). In this video, I explain what I brought.

And, I have to say that because I brought these healthy treats, I didn’t look for any junk throughout the day (and there was plenty at the hockey rink!). So the moral of the story is…When you know you’ll be out for the day, make sure to pack some healthy snacks. It’ll help you stay on track.
