Hello, ladies! Here’s what you’ve been waiting all week for…the Meal Prep Guide for Week 6! It’s filled with delicious recipes (2 of which can be made in the crock pot), and all the others are super easy to make (the veggies are awesome, and the apple crumble is to die for!). If you need any help with substitutions, please let me know.
