It’s all about choices, and those choices are all up to you. What you do for yourself now is what will shape your tomorrow. The choices you make regarding what you do for your body, physically and emotionally, as well as what you put into your body are what make you, well, you. So choose to treat your body well. Choose to move in a way that makes you feel good and will keep you consistent with your movement. Choose to eat well (or at least make healthier choices, little by little). Each choice you make will get you further toward or further from your goals.
