Hi guys and gals! Here’s the workout for day 5. It’s a Cardio workout. 9 minutes long. (It was supposed to be 10 minutes long, but I forgot to do one of the exercises…oops!). Anyway, give it a shot. I explain modifications as I go along, and I hope you’ll be able to do more than one round of this seeing as though I shorted you. You’ll be sweaty, so expect to shower afterward. 😉

 

Here’s the breakdown of exercises in the video:

Day 5 – Cardio (45 seconds active/15 seconds rest) ~ 10 minutes

  1. Jumping Jacks
  2. Mountain Climbers
  3. Squat Jumps
  4. Fast Feet with Burpee
  5. Plank Frog Jumps
  6. Jump Kick R
  7. Jump Kick L
  8. Jump Lunges
  9. Burpees
