Hi guys and gals! Here’s the Meal Prep Guide for Week 2 of the No Excuses Challenge. Look through the recipes and see if there’s something you’d like to try this week. Make sure you grab the ingredients when you go shopping, and plan a specific time to put the recipe(s) together. If you need some help with substitutions, please let me know. I want you to try some new dishes that I really think you AND your family will love.

Also, if you really liked something from week 1, make it again! These Meal Prep Guides are just that – a guide. Feel free to mix and match, or if you only want to venture to try only one thing, that’s ok. Creating habits for a healthy lifestyle doesn’t happen overnight.
