Hi ladies and gents! It’s Sunday! After working hard all week, today is finally a day of rest. Well, active rest. Get out and move. Do something fun with the family, take a walk, go for a bike ride…whatever makes you happy AND gets you moving. Of course, If you want, you can do this throwback workout from my very first challenge that I did just over a year ago. It’s a good core workout. You’ll get sweaty and you’ll work those abs. You can also do another one of the workouts from the challenge or you can do a workout on my YouTube Channel, “Phoenix Wellness”.
