Hi everyone! Here’s the Day 15 workout. It’s focus is arms and cardio. There are Burpees between each bodyweight exercise – you’re welcome! You’ll get super sweaty, and you’ll see that I’m breathing pretty hard in the video. As you need, take a mini-break, but get right back into the workout as that’s what will make you stronger.

I also keep on moving the mat…It kept sliding when I was doing my Burpees and I didn’t want to fall…or go off screen. The sun was blazing – right in my eyes – and so I keep squinting at the camera because I wasn’t sure if my head was popping off screen. I don’t think it did. All that worry for nothin’.
