Hi ladies and gents! Here’s a great cardio workout you can do. There are 10 exercises, 45 seconds each one with 15 seconds of rest in  between for a total of 10 minutes. Be prepared to get sweaty! If you can, try to repeat it once or twice, or pair it with another challenge workout or workout from my YouTube channel, Phoenix Wellness.

 

Day 17 Cardio (45 seconds active/15 seconds rest) ~10 minutes

  1. High Knees
  2. Jump Kick R
  3. Jump Kick L
  4. Mountain Climbers
  5. Reverse Lunge Hop R
  6. Reverse Lunge Hop L
  7. Jumping Jacks
  8. Surfer
  9. Heel Tap Squat Jumps
  10. Spider Plank
