Hi guys and gals! The workout for today focuses on arms and core. We’ll do 12 exercises, alternating between arms and core. Each exercise is 45 seconds long with 15 seconds of rest in between for a total of 12 minutes. Remember that you can modify any of the exercises, and should if you feel any strain on joints, etc. You can repeat this workout once or twice, or pair it with another one of the challenge workouts or the workouts from my YouTube page. “Phoenix Wellness.” The breakdown of exercises is below. Day 18 Arms and Core (45 seconds active/15 seconds rest) ~ 12 minutes

  2. Ankle Touches
  3. Wide Push-ups
  4. Leg Lifts
  5. Tricep Push-ups R
  6. In and Outs
  7. Tricep Push-ups L
  8. Heels to Heaven
  9. Up-down Plank
  10. Knee Drop Plank
  11. Push-up to Side Plank
  12. Shoulder Tap Plank
