Hi guys and gals! It’s day 19! This is one of my favorite workout setups. There are 20 rounds. Each round consists of two exercises (40 seconds active/20 seconds active “rest” – There’s really no rest. It’s just another exercise). You’ll repeat each exercise couplet twice for a total of 20 minutes. Your legs should be on fire at the end.
