Okey Dokey! Here’s the last Meal Prep Guide of the challenge…Week 4! There are someĀ great recipes in here…ones that have been approved by my husband and kids. I always try to give you meal ideas that seem to be generally well-liked as I don’t want you cooking two meals each day (you know, one for you and one for everyone else, because that just stinks).

I think you’ll find that you could make some of these things for family parties or to have for leftovers throughout the week. The nature of the recipes allow for it.

Anyway, take a look at the recipes from all four weeks. Decide what you’ll make this week (even if it’s just one thing), make sure the ingredients make it on the grocery list, and plan the time to make it.
