Hi ladies and gents! Here’s the workout for day 20.

This is a total body workout. There are 4 rounds, each round having 2 exercises. Each exercise will be performed for 45 seconds, then 35 seconds, then 25 seconds with no rest in between. You’ll really fatigue those muscles, and you’ll work up a sweat…Which I know is exactly what you wanted. 😉

1. Heel Tap Squat Jumps/Down Dog Push-ups
2. Single Leg Skaters R/Up-down Plank
3. Single Leg Skaters L/Side Plank Hip Lift R
4. Jump Lunges/Side Plank Hip Lift L
