Hi ladies and gents! Here’s one of my favorite workout setups. This is a 10x10x10 workout (10 exercises, 10 repetitions of each exercise, for 10 rounds). Try to do all 10 rounds as quickly as possible and you can record your time and post it if you want. OR, you can tell yourself, “I’m going to work out for x amount of time” and see how many rounds you get in. Make sure to note it somewhere so that you can look back when you repeat the workout in the future to see how much better you’ve gotten. When you add that little bit of competition with yourself to be better than you were the last time, good things happen!

Oh, and FYI, I go through one round, and then I explain modifications for the exercises. So if you need mods, they’re at then end of the video, and if you don’t and want to go at my pace for the remaining rounds, just restart the video:)

This is also a great workout to do when you’re on vacation or have some downtime at work…You really don’t need the video (although I suggest watching it once to figure out what the exercises are), and then either take a screen shot of the exercises or write them down so that you can do them at any time. (This is one of the ones I always have set for vacation.)

6. Same Side Clam Ups
