Hi, ladies! Happy Monday!

Here’s the workout for today. It’s a 7x7x7 workout, meaning that there are 7 exercises that you’ll do for 7 reps, and you’ll repeat that 7 times (for a total of 49 of each exercise). In the video, I do one round. It took me about 3 minutes (maybe a little less) for that round, so getting in 7 rounds should take about 15 minutes or so.

This is a great take-anywhere workout because you can just take a screen shot of the exercises, look below the video for the breakdown, or repeat the video. You only use bodyweight, and can even do it in the office. Grab some co-workers and go to town!

To measure progress, you can keep track of how long it took you to do the 7 rounds today, and then in a few weeks, repeat the workout to see how long it takes you then.

  4. Down Dog Push-ups
  5. Up-down Plank
  6. Diamond Push-ups
  7. Shoulder Tap Push-ups
